Mr. Mwenja from Haven Honey Farm will be leading us in a workshop on how to ethically harvest and process farm raised meat rabbits. 

We will learn how to process the rabbits and honor their life by using every part of them, including how to process their hides and fur. We will also teach about raising and breeding meat rabbits for subsistence farming.

Guest curators Rachel Breunlin and Monique Verdin are collaborating with herbalists, artists, gardeners, and scholars to place into context stories of historical and contemporary gardens and natural environments.
